Ingredients
1 pkg oreos, regular size
1 pkg mini oreos, for decoration (optional)
1 pkg chocolate cake mix/ mix according to directions on box
(or your own chocolate cake recipe)
Frosting:
8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
8 Tbsp butter, room temperature
3 3/4 c powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
cupcake liners
** first pre-heat oven --
once you have you have your chocolate batter ready, spray down cupcake pan and insert liners.
Place one Oreo in each cupcake mold and pour batter over 2/3 full.
Pop them in the oven at the temperature and time your mix requires
once out of the oven - set aside and let them cool off.
for the frosting --
everything in the bowl. I used a hand mixer and it crushed the oreos just fine. make sure there are no chunks. it will be a pain in the butt when you pipe - well, if you wanna pipe lol. this frosting taste very very very good, no joking.
